So Danika is now three weeks old! We are very tired. The first week home was stressful because Dani wasnt eating and losing lots of weight, the lightest she got was 6lbs 3 oz. which had the doctors worried. So Dani and Becky spent 4 days in the hospital trying to get her to eat and gain weight. She had to have a feeding tube put in but luckily it was only for the first day, its no fun to see her with a tube into her nose. So Dani is only on the bottle now, she never did get the hang of breast feeding, but she is doing better. Her weight i s over 7lbs. now so we are very relived with that. She has more and more energy and spends a little more time awake everyday. Carley (who just had her 2nd birthday on the 26th) is a wonderful big sister and a big help to Becky.
